A little bit of what you fancy does you good! However, some things are known as "calorie bombs"... and these are best avoided. There are a thousand and one ways to enjoy food without heading straight for overload! Spaghetti with a home-made tomato sauce without too much oil will be far less calorific than a cheesy pizza from the supermarket! The same goes for desserts.
